Studio Niv (hello@studioniv.com) is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this privacy policy. This policy applies to studioniv.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

• Email address — when you sign up to receive our free checklist and future guides.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and device type, collected via Google Analytics (only if you consent to cookies).

We do not collect names, payment details, or any sensitive personal data unless you contact us directly.

How we use your data

• Email address — to send you the Scandinavian Styling Checklist and occasional styling guides you signed up for. Legal basis: consent (you opted in).
• Usage data — to understand which content is most useful and improve the site. Legal basis: consent (cookie banner).

Email communications

By signing up at studioniv.com, you consent to receive emails from Studio Niv. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We use Resend to manage and send emails. Your email address is stored on their servers in accordance with their privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. This is only activated if you accept cookies via the cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time on our Cookie Policy page. No analytics data is collected if you decline.

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your email is marked as unsubscribed in our system. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
